摘　　要：目的口腔幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori)与胃内H.pylori密切相关,且口腔H.pylori与多种口腔疾病的发生有关,拟研制根除H.pylori天然药物配方加入牙膏或含片或口香糖等,以期达到既能防治口腔H.pylori引发的口腔疾病,又能预防胃内H.pylori感染和复发的双重作用。方法筛选出三种抗H.pylori的天然药物,确定三种天然药物对H.pylori耐药分离株的MIC50、MIC75和MIC90,以三种天然药物作为三个因素,MIC50、MIC75和MIC90为三个水平,采用正交设计,进行9轮试验测定不同浓度天然药物配方的抑菌率。结果黄芩、金银花、乌梅三种天然药物具有强体外抗H.pylori活性,三种天然药物混合最优浓度分别为黄芩(MIC90,0.08 g/mL),金银花(MIC90,0.12 g/mL),乌梅(MIC75,0.17 g/mL),可以达到97.22%的H.pylori根除率。结论黄芩、金银花、乌梅三种天然药物组成的配方中药学上性味功用符合配伍方略,西医学上三者浓度优化后可以根除H.pylori,标本兼顾,为下一步应用于临床奠定了坚实基础。Objective Oral H.pylori is closely related to H.pylori in the stomach,and oral H.pylori is related to the occurrence of various oral diseases.To develop a natural herbs formula to eradicate H.pylori by adding toothpaste or lozenges or chewing gum in order to achieve not only can prevent and cure oral diseases caused by oral H.pylori,but also can prevent gastric H.pylori infection and recurrence.Methods To screen three kinds of natural herbs with anti-H.pylori activity and determine the mic50、mic75 and mic90 to H.pylori resistant isolates.Afterwards taking three kinds of natural herbs as three factors,mic50、mic75 and mic90 as three levels,Using orthogonal design,9 rounds of tests were carried out to determine the bacteriostatic rate of different concentrations of natural herbs formula.Results Skullcap root,Honeysuckle and Mume showed strong anti-H.pylori activity in vitro.The optimal concentrations of the three drugs were MIC90,0.08 G/mL of Skullcap root,MIC90,0.12 G/mL of Honeysuckle and MIC75,0.17 G/mL of Mume.The eradication rate of H.pylori in oral cavity could reach 97.22%.Conclusion A formula of the three herbs is in line with the compatibility strategy in Chinese medicine.The optimization of the concentration of the three herbs in western medicine can eradicate the H.pylori,which provides a solid basis for the next application in clinical practice.
