探讨表面肌电监测在评估脑瘫儿童口部运动训练康复治疗效果中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的分析探讨表面肌电监测在评估脑瘫儿童口部运动训练康复治疗效果中的应用价值。方法56例脑瘫患儿,根据随机数字表法分为参照组和观察组,每组28例。参照组给予常规口部运动训练,研究组给予表面肌电监测下口部运动训练。比较两组患儿治疗前后语言发育功能评分和口腔运动功能评分。结果治疗前,两组患儿语言发育功能评分和口腔运动功能评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患儿语言发育功能评分(56.92±6.42)分和口腔运动功能评分(63.82±5.55)分均明显高于参照组的(46.88±7.34)、(52.57±6.35)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在表面肌电监测之下给予脑瘫患儿口部运动训练康复治疗能够显著改善患儿的语言发育功能和口部运动功能,具有推广价值。Objective To analyze the value of surface electromyography monitoring in evaluating the rehabilitation effect of oral motor training in children with cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 56 children with cerebral palsy were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was treated by conventional oral motor training,and the research group was treated by oral motor training under surface electromyography monitoring.The language development function score and oral motor function score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in language development function score and oral motor function score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the language development function score(56.92±6.42)points and oral motor function score(63.82±5.55)points of the research group were obviously higher than those of the control group(46.88±7.34)and(52.57±6.35)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral motor training under surface electromyography monitoring can significantly improve the language development function and oral motor function of children with cerebral palsy,and it contains promotion value.
