摘 要:盾构施工中存在注浆压力和相应位置的水土压力,二者并不相等,存在的差值即为附加注浆压力值。对现有附加注浆压力的取值方法进行综述,得出多项案例中附加注浆压力的取值,对比常见的两种附加注浆压力分布模式,研究附加注浆压力作用范围的影响因素和取值,对附加注浆压力的取值和作用范围的数据进行统计和总结。研究结果表明,附加注浆压力取值可在100~200kPa范围内,分布模式建议取梯形分布或线性分布,取值范围主要与浆液凝结时间和盾构掘进速度有关,需要结合实际情况确定。The grouting pressure and the water-soil pressure at the corresponding position during the construction of shield tunnels are not equal due to the difference between them called additional grouting pressure.By summarizing the existing methods of determining the value of additional grouting pressure,the values of additional grouting pressures in different cases are obtained.Two common distribution modes of additional grouting pressure are compared,and the influencing factors and values for the acting range of additional grouting pressure are studied.At the same time,the value of additional grouting pressure and the range data are statistically summarized.The results show that the value of additional grouting pressure can be in the range of 100~200 kPa,and the distribution pattern is suggested to be trapezoid distribution or linear distribution,moreover,the value range is mainly related to slurry setting time and velocity of the shield,which needs to be determined according to the actual situation.
