摘　　要：进入新时代我国高等教育确立了内涵式发展战略,大学出版响应内涵式发展的新要求,必须走出功利性的误区,树立文化自觉和科学理性。大学出版须站位更高,把握高等教育文化传播的领导权和引导力;调整结构,回归育人本位;目标读者定位必须更精准;视野应更宽广,树立创新和开放的思维。为此,要继续深化改革,赋予大学出版自觉主动担当使命的动力;要培育为立德树人服务的出版精神,将人格培养与知识服务相结合,倡导开放合作,提升大学出版对大学内涵式发展的支撑能力。In the New Era,China’s higher education has established the internal development strategy.In response to the new requirement of connotative development,university publication must clear misunderstanding of utilitarianism and set up cultural consciousness and scientific rationality.The university publication must take a higher stance,hold the leadership and the leading power of the higher education culture dissemination;it must adjust the structure,return to the intellect-cultivation orientation;it should broaden horizons and foster an innovative and open mind.It is,thereby,necessary to continue to deepen the reform and give the university press the impetus to take up its mission on its own initiative.It is also necessary to cultivate the publishing commitment that serves morality education,combining personality training with knowledge services,advocating cooperation,thus enhancing the ability of University publishing to support the university internal development.
