摘 要:目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情对规范化培训护士职业认同感的影响。方法采取问卷星电子量表进行调查,抽取四川省某2所三甲医院的350名规范化培训护士作为研究对象,共收回有效问卷202份。采用自行设计的一般资料调查表、新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情问卷和护士职业认同表,评估疫情期间规范化护士的职业认同感。结果202名规范化培训护士职业认同量表总均分为(3.75±0.67)分;影响规范化培训护士职业认同的主要因素与性别、参与志愿者服务相关(P<0.05)。结论规范化培训护士职业认同处于中等偏上水平,性别、参与志愿者服务是在疫情期间护士职业认同的主要影响因素。在护士的规范化培训过程中,应采取针对性措施,提高其职业认同水平。Objective To explore the effect of the COVID-19 epidemic on the professional self-identity of standardized training nurses.Methods The survey was conducted online by the form of electronic scales.A total of 350 standardized training nurses were selected from two 3-A hospitals in Sichuan as the research objects and 202 valid questionnaires were collected.The self-made general information questionnaire,questionnaire on the COVID-19 epidemic and nurses'professional self-identity scale were used to investigate the professional self-identity of standardized training nurses during the epidemic period of COVID-19.Results The average score of the professional self-identity scale among the 202 standardized training nurses was(3.75±0.67)and the factors influencing the professional self-identity of standardized training nurses were related to gender and participation in volunteer service(P<0.05).Conclusion The professional self-identity of standardized training nurses is at the upper middle level,and gender and participation in volunteer service are the main influencing factors of standardized training nurses'professional self-identity.The targeted measures should be implemented to improve nurses'professional self-identity in the standardized training.
