摘 要:微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是一类短链、非编码小分子RNA,不同癌症治疗中特异性miRNAs失调参与了肿瘤细胞耐药的过程,进而调节肿瘤细胞对治疗的敏感性。研究表明miRNAs参与肺癌化疗及靶向的耐药过程。miRNAs具有克服肺癌耐药的潜能,同时能够增加肺癌细胞对化疗及靶向治疗的敏感性。全文综述了现阶段肺癌治疗中miRNAs在化疗药物及靶向药物耐药机制中的作用。MicroRNAs are a group of short-chain,non-coding small RNAs. Evidence suggests that dysregulation of specific miRNAs may be involved in the acquisition of drug resistance of cancer cells,thereby modulating the sensitivity to cancer treatment. Studies have shown that the miRNAs are associated with the resistance to chemotherapy and target therapy of lung cancer.Meanwhile,miRNAs have the potential to overcome resistance to lung cancer and increase the sensitivity of lung cancer cells to chemotherapy and targeted therapy. In this review,we provide an overview on the role of miRNAs in resistance to current lung cancer therapies and novel biological agents.
