摘  要:Gα13亚家族是G蛋白家族中重要的一员,由鸟嘌呤核苷酸结合蛋白α亚基13(GNA13)基因所编码。GNA13基因参与重要的信号通路,在很多生理过程中承担着重要的角色,参与调节肿瘤的增殖,浸润,转移和迁移。GNA13在人类许多肿瘤中的表达都显著上调,其功能表达和临床意义都十分复杂而且不尽相同,因此更多的研究者开始关注GNA13基因所参与的生物学行为。The Gα13 subfamily is an important member of the G protein family,which is encoded by the guanine nucleotide binding proteinα13(GNA13).The GNA13 gene participates in important signaling pathways and plays an important role in many physiological processes,such as regulating tumor proliferation,invasion,metastasis,and migration.The expression of GNA13 in many human tumors is significantly upregulated.However,the molecular function and clinical significance remain unclear.Therefore,many researchers have focused on the biological functions involving the GNA13 gene.In this review,the authors summarize the progress and current status of GNA13 gene research in malignant tumors.
