摘　　要：分析地方高校植物学科研究生培养过程中存在的问题,主要表现在研究生学习热情不高、投入不足造成的培养条件受限、研究生学术交流少和实践效果不理想。通过优化课程教学、强化和规范研究生培养的过程管理、强化植物学科导师培养能力、营造良好的学术氛围、强化研究生实践育人环节等方式提高研究生培养质量。This paper analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of postgraduates of botany discipline in local colleges and universities,which are mainly manifested in the limited cultivation conditions caused by the low enthusiasm of postgraduates,the lack of investment,the lack of academic exchanges among postgraduates and the unsatisfactory effect of practice.In order to improve the quality of postgraduate education,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward,which can be achieved by optimizing course teaching,strengthening and standardizing the process management of postgraduates' cultivation,strengthening the cultivation ability of tutors,creating a good academic atmosphere,and enhancing the practice of postgraduate education.
