摘　　要：近年,国家正致力于改善医疗资源分布不均的现状,积极推行远程医疗。但如何在口腔医学领域开展远程医疗,在国内缺乏相关报道。国外在此领域已有多年研究,并形成了远程牙医学(teledentistry)这个概念。本文通过归纳总结国内外有关远程医疗和口腔医学的文献资料,阐述了远程医疗的发展及其在口腔医学的应用。期望通过介绍国外远程牙医学发展实践的经验,以期发展完善国内远程口腔医学这一新领域。同时,加强国内口腔医生对远程医疗的认识,为其开展远程医疗提供帮助。In recent years,the state is working to improve the uneven distribution of medical resources and actively promote telemedicine.However,how to develop telemedicine in the field of stomatology has not been reported in China.Referring to the literature,the author finds that foreign countries have studied this field for many years,and formed the concept of teledentistry.This paper summarizes the literature of telemedicine and stomatology at home and abroad,and expounds the development of telemedicine and its application in stomatology.By introducing the experience of the development of teledentistry in foreign countries,the aim is to develop and perfect the new field of telestomatology in China.At the same time,this paper can help to strengthen the domestic stomatologist's awareness of telemedicine,and provide reference to carry out telemedicine.
