摘 要:针对关节轴承精加工变形严重的问题,提出了在精加工中如何合理地设计夹具及如何准确计算夹紧力以减小关节轴承的加工变形、提高关节轴承的加工质量。基本思路是依据关节轴承结构和加工工艺设计夹具结构,依据轴承尺寸设计夹具尺寸;对夹具进行静力分析,依据静力平衡原理建立夹紧力的数学模型;通过关节轴承精加工实验验证了夹具和夹紧力数学模型的可靠性,有效地减小了关节轴承精加工过程中产生的变形,得到了表面质量满足要求的关节轴承。Aiming at the serious problem of spherical plain bearing finishing deformation,it is proposed how to design the fixture reasonably in the finishing process and how to accurately calculate the clamping force to reduce the machining deformation of the spherical plain bearing and improve the machining quality of the spherical plain bearing.The basic idea is to design the fixture structure according to the spherical plain bearing structure and processing technology,design the fixture size according to the bearing size,perform static analysis on the fixture,establish a mathematical model of the clamping force according to the static balance principle,verify the fixture through the spherical plain bearing finishing experiment.The reliability of the clamp and the mathematical model of clamping force was verified by the spherical plain bearing finishing experiment,which effectively reduced the deformation caused by the spherical plain bearing finishing process,and obtained the spherical plain bearing with the surface quality meeting the requirements.
