摘  要:地方高校是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,学生对学校办学的满意度是高校教学质量提升的重要信息来源。从定位与目标、教师队伍、教学资源、培养过程和学生发展五方面开展学生满意度调查,发现学生对本科教学质量整体满意度较好;毕业生和新生满意度高于二年级和三年级的学生;学校是否体现以人才培养为中心是影响学生满意度的首要因素。基于此,提出坚持以人才培养为中心、学生发展为核心、分类培养为关键,提高教学质量。Local colleges and universities are an important part of China's higher education.Students satisfaction with running a school is an important source of information for improving the teaching quality of colleges and universities.To investigate students satisfaction,this paper compiles a questionnaire from five aspects:orientation and objectives,faculty,teaching resources,training process and student development.It is found that the students are satisfied with teaching quality.The satisfaction of graduates and freshmen is higher than other grades.Student-centered is the primary factor affecting students satisfaction.Based on this,this paper puts forward that colleges and universities should persist in talent training,student development,classified training to improve the teaching quality.
