消疮散治疗心脾积热型婴幼儿鹅口疮

摘　　要：目的观察消疮散治疗婴幼儿鹅口疮的临床效果。方法将80例鹅口疮患儿按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。治疗组给予消疮散(由黄连、儿茶、冰片、珍珠粉等组成)外用,对照组给予制霉菌素外用,观察2组患儿临床疗效及口腔黏膜分泌物、并发症情况。结果治疗组总有效率为90.0%,优于对照组的75.0%(P<0.05);2组口腔黏膜分泌物镜检结果,治疗组菌丝数量(10.15±0.79)个/视野,对照组为(24.37±1.21)个/视野;治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后,治疗组并发症发生情况明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论消疮散通过外敷直接作用于患处,可清心泻火,去腐生肌,收湿敛疮,从而心火降,脾热消,秽毒去,能够改善患儿病情。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiaochuang powder in the treatment of infantile thrush.Methods 80 patients with thrush were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 40 cases each.The treatment group was given Xiaochuang powder(made up of coptis Chinensis,cutch,borneol and pearl powder)for external use,and the control group was given Nystatin for external use,the clinical curative eff ect,Oral Mucous Membrane Secretion and complication of 2 groups were observed.Results The total eff ective rate of the treatment group was 90%,which was 75%higher than that of the Control Group(P<0.05),and the number of Mycelium(10.15±0.79)per fi eld of vision in the treatment group and(24.37±1.21)per fi eld of vision in the control group The Treatment Group was superior to the Control Group(P<0.05),and the complication rate of the Treatment Group was signifi cantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaochuang powder directly acts on the aff ected area through external application,which can clear the heart and purify the fi re,remove the rot skin,dampen the sore,so that the heart fi re is reduced,the spleen heat is eliminated,and the poison is removed,which can improve the condition of the child.
