摘　　要：目的 :比较镜像疗法联合常规康复训练与单纯常规康复训练对脑卒中后Ⅰ型复杂性区域疼痛综合征(complex regional pain syndrome, CRPS)患者上肢疼痛和运动功能障碍的康复治疗效果。方法 :将60例脑卒中后Ⅰ型CRPS患者随机分为镜像疗法组(32例,给予镜像疗法联合常规康复训练治疗)和对照组(28例,仅给予常规康复训练治疗)。在治疗前和治疗3、6周后,分别对患者的病情进行评估。结果 :镜像疗法组患者在治疗3和6周后的视觉模拟量表评分、水肿容积差值、上肢Brunnstrom分期、上肢动作研究量表评分和改良的Barthel指数评分均较治疗前有明显改善,且治疗6周后的改善程度较治疗3周后明显更大。治疗6周后,镜像疗法组患者的视觉模拟量表评分、水肿容积差值和上肢Brunnstrom分期的改善程度也明显优于对照组患者。结论 :镜像疗法能明显改善脑卒后Ⅰ型CRPS患者的上肢疼痛程度和运动功能。Objective:To compare the effects of mirror therapy(MT)combined with conventional rehabilitation training and conventional rehabilitation training on upper limb pain and motor dysfunction in patients with complex regional pain syndrome(CRPS)type I after stroke.Methods:Sixty patients with CRPS type I after stroke were randomly divided into a MT group(32 cases,treated with MT combined with conventional rehabilitation training)and a control group(28 cases,treated only with conventional rehabilitation training).Their conditions were evaluated before treatment and 3 and 6 weeks after treatment.Results:The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),volumes of edema scale,Brunnstrom scale of upper extremity,Action Research Arm Test and modified Barthel index at 3 and 6 weeks after treatment in MT group were improved compared with baselines,and the assessments at 6 weeks after treatment were better than those at 3 weeks.There were significant differences between the two groups in scores of VAS,volumes of edema scale,and Brunnstrom scale of upper extremity at 6 weeks after treatment.Conclusion:MT can significantly improve upper limb pain and motor function in patients with CRPS type I after stroke.
