摘　　要：职业教育应提供差异性服务。“ZTE卓越项目”是泰州职业技术学院深度教育教学改革的最新举措。围绕组织认同、学习动力、学习策略、获得感四个维度调查学生学习体验。分析结论为双主体育人模式的卓越项目受到欢迎,学生获得感强。针对发现的问题,从建立和完善实验项目的质量保障机制着手改进。Vocational education should provide differential service.ZTE Excellence Project is the latest measure of the in-depth educational and teaching reform in Taizhou Polytechnic College.This research surveys students'learning experience from four dimensions:organizational identification,learning motivation,learning strategies and sense of acquisition.The conclusion is that the Excellent Project of"two subjects"educational mode is wel⁃comed,and the students have a strong sense of acquisition.In view of the problems found,we should improve the quality assurance mechanism.
