摘　　要：心理健康教育在高职院校中已经有了十余年的发展史,但在多元文化共存的今天,它身处困境、面临的问题愈来愈明显,文章探讨如何结合“三全育人”理念,构建出能够适应高职院校的新时期的心理健康教育工作体系。Mental health education has a history of more than ten years in higher vocational colleges.However,nowadays,with the coexistence of diverse cultures,it is in a dilemma and facing more and more obvious prob⁃lems.This paper discusses how to combine the concept of"three-all education"to build a mental health educa⁃tion system that can adapt to higher vocational colleges in the new era.
