摘　　要：基本社会生活循环资料的提供方有三个,分别是公共环境提供方(政府)、市场方(自然人、经营机构法人)和中间方(第三方服务机构)。在自然环境和社会环境形势平稳的情况下,供应链能够保障社会生活的正常循环。但是,公共社会环境与自然环境极端变化时,在诸如全球疫情、动荡的国际关系、大范围自然灾害等的影响下,传统供应链和平台型供应链就面临断链和停顿的风险,社会及自然灾难将被急剧放大。文章以社会发展的历史判断为基础,以自然物理逻辑、社会理性逻辑和心理情感逻辑为工具,讨论了现代供应链的目的、面向的时代性问题、理论方法、理论技术构架、功能构架和价值体系构架,得出结论:现代供应链是社会协同的理性工具,是人类通向数字信息时代的桥梁。There are three basic elements in daily social life: first,the public environment supplier( the government);second,the market( natural person and legal person of commercial organizations);and third,the intermediaries( a third party,the service facilities). Supply chain enables the circulation of resources to our daily social living in normal situations. However,when faced with difficulties of erratic changes such as global plague,upheavals in international relationships and widespread devastation of natural disaster,traditional supply chains may risk disruption,even sudden pause.Social and natural disasters can be exacerbated when basic social life circulation is unsustainable. Based on historical judgments on social evolution,along with theoretical framework of physical natural logic/social rational logic/psychological emotional logic,the paper discusses the purpose of modern supply chain and its dilemma as well as its theoretical method/theoretical technology frame,its functional frame and value system. A historical conclusion is obtained: modern supply chain is the rational tool of social cooperation and the bridge for mankind to enter a new digital information era.
