摘  要:以生姜为原料,通过单因素试验研究原料粒径、蒸馏温度和萃取剂对生姜油产率的影响;以生姜精油的产率作为评价指标,通过正交试验得出最佳提取条件。结果表明,最优工艺组合为:原料粒径60目,萃取时间为60min、蒸馏温度30℃、石油醚为萃取剂,此条件下生姜精油的产率为5.45%。Ginger was used as raw material to study the effect of raw material particle size,distillation temperature and extractant on the yield of ginger oil by single factor test;the yield of ginger essential oil was used as evaluation index,and the best extraction conditions were obtained by orthogonal test.The results showed that the optimal process combination was as follows :the particle size of raw material was 60 mesh,the extraction time was 60 minutes,the distillation temperature was 30 ℃,and petroleum ether was used as the extractant.Under this condition,the yield of ginger essential oil was 5.45%.
