摘　　要：班组建设、企业文化、员工培训、激励机制等在企业面临诸多机遇和挑战的新形势下显示出其迫切性和重要性。尤其是对生产班组的管理和要求显得更为重要,主要对连续性生产企业的班组建设进行研究。Team construction,corporate culture,employee training,and incentive mechanisms have shown their urgency and importance in a new situation where companies face many opportunities and challenges.In particular,the management and requirements of production teams and teams are more important.Below,I will discuss the construction of the team of continuous production enterprises.
