油茶提取物的抑菌活性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨油茶提取物对无乳链球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌活性的抑制效果。方法:运用牛津杯扩散法观察油茶提取物对无乳链球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果,借助稀释法了解油茶提取物对四种细菌生长曲线的影响。结果:油茶提取物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌有非常显著的抑菌效果,对无乳链球菌有相对较好的抑菌效果,而对铜绿假单胞杆菌的抑菌效果处于低敏感度,但随着油茶提取物浓度的增加,细菌的活性抑制效果更为明显。油茶提取物对无乳链球菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌三种细菌能够达到有效延长对数生长期的效果,而对铜绿假单胞杆菌只有在高浓度情况下能够得到一定的抑制效果。结论:油茶提取物对无乳链球菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌均有较好的抑制效果,增加油茶提取物浓度也能抑制铜绿假单胞杆菌,是一种较为安全绿色的植物源抑菌制剂。Objective:To explore the inhibitory effect of oil tea extract on the activities of streptococcus lactis,escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and staphylococcus aureus.Methods:Oxford cup diffusion method was used to observe the antibacterial effect of oil tea extract on streptococcus,escherichia coli,pseudomonas aeruginosa and staphylococcus aureus,and dilution method was used to explore the effect of oil tea extract on the growth curve of four kinds of bacteria.Results:The oil tea extract has a very significant bacteriostatic effect on escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus,and a relatively good bacteriostatic effect on streptococcus lactis,while the bacteriostatic effect on pseudomonas aeruginosa is in low sensitivity,but with the increase of the concentration of oil tea extract,the activity inhibition effect of bacteria is more obvious.Oil tea extract can effectively prolong the logarithmic growth of streptococcus,escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus,while it can only inhibit pseudomonas aeruginosa in high concentration.Conclusion:Oil tea extract has a good inhibitory effect on streptococcus lactis,Escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus.Increasing the concentration of oil tea extract can also inhibit pseudomonas aeruginosa.Therefore,it is a safe and green plant source antibacterial agent.
