摘　　要：董氏奇穴临床广泛应用于颈椎病、腰腿痛、肩关节周围炎、膝骨性关节炎、踝关节扭伤、中风、失眠、面神经麻痹、三叉神经痛、头痛、消化系统疾病、妇科疾病等。其在治疗上与十四正经体系有协同性。在今后的研究当中,需要对其进行大样本、多中心的观察;选取更新和更客观的指标,以全面准确地反应治疗效果;进一步探究其作用机制,重视临床与基础理论研究;加强远期疗效和复发率等的观察,增加真实可信性,增强循证医学效力;细化病种,扩大样本量;丰富临床治疗手段,探索疾病新的、合适的治疗选择。Master Dong′s extra point is widely used in cervical spondylosis,lumbago and leg pain,periarthritis of shoulder joint,osteoarthritis of knee joint,sprain of ankle joint,apoplexy,insomnia,facial paralysis,trigeminal neuralgia,headache,digestive system diseases,gynecological diseases,etc.It has a synergistic effect with the fourteen-meridian system.Therefore,in the future research,we need to carry out large sample,multi center observation;select newer and more objective indicators to comprehensively and accurately reflect the treatment effect;further explore its mechanism of action,pay attention to clinical and basic theoretical research;strengthen the observation of long-term efficacy and recurrence rate,increase the authenticity and credibility,enhance the effectiveness of evidence-based medicine;refine disease types,expand the sample size;enrich clinical treatment methods and explore new and appropriate treatment options for diseases.
