摘　　要：排污权交易政策施行以来,各试点地区各有亮点。本文梳理了我国部分试点地区排污权交易政策施行情况,并总结了部分省市的创新做法和经验,指出尽管我国排污权交易取得了一定成绩,但是政策设计构建和施行方面依然存在不足之处,分析各地区修订完善排污权交易政策的必要性与紧迫性,建议修订政策文件、明确制度关系,推进排污权交易进一步发展,为排污权交易下一步试点工作保驾护航。Since the implementation of the emission trading policy, each pilot area has its own highlights.This article sorts out the implementation of emission trading policies in some pilot regions in China,and summarizes the innovative practices and experiences of some provinces and cities.Analyze the necessity and urgency of revising and perfecting emission trading policies in various regions, and propose to revise policy documents,clarify the institutional relationship,promote the further development of emission trading,and escort the next pilot work of emission trading.
