摘 要:探讨了辊子式直角输送机构的输送参数对小规格瓷砖输送质量的影响,通过仿真优化得到最优输送参数.首先基于多刚体动力学理论,在ADAMS中建立了辊子式小规格瓷砖直角输送多体模型;接着根据小规格瓷砖输送要求给出了瓷砖稳定输送约束条件;然后采用全因子设计试验方法对辊子式小规格瓷砖直角输送模型进行了运动仿真分析;最后根据仿真结果对输送机构的输送参数进行了优化,利用优化的输送参数进行了多块小规格瓷砖的仿真试验与样机试验.仿真结果表明,辊子式小规格瓷砖直角输送机构的输送参数严重影响了小规格瓷砖的直角输送.在相同输送速度比下,安装高度差的减小会提高小规格瓷砖的直角输送质量;输送速度比的减小会使小规格瓷砖转动角度增大,使小规格瓷砖更易于实现直角输送.得到了安装高度差为2.5mm、速度比i=0.3时,辊子式小规格瓷砖直角输送机构具有满足输送要求的最佳输送质量.The influence of conveying parameters of roller-type right angle conveying mechanism on the quality of small-size ceramic tile was discussed.The optimal conveying parameters were produced by simulation.Firstly,based on the Theory of Multi-body Dynamics,a roller-type small-size right angle conveying model was established in ADAMS.Secondly,depending on the requirements of small-size ceramic tile conveying,the constraint condition of stable conveying was given.Then,using full-factor design tests method to simulate the roller-type small-size right angle conveying model.Finally,according to the simulation results,conveying parameters were optimized,and the simulation test and prototype test of many small size tiles were carried out by using the conveying optimized parameters.The simulation results show that the conveying parameters of roller-type small-size tile right angle conveying mechanism had seriously affected the right angle convey of small-size tiles.At the same conveying speed ratio,decrease in installation height will increase the quality of the right angle transport of small-size tiles;reduction in the conveying speed ratio increases the angle of rotation of the tile,makes the small-size tiles easier to realize the right angle convey.Got the installation height of 2.5mm,the conveying speed ratio of 0.3,the roller type right angle conveying mechanism has the best conveying efficiency which satisfies the stable transporting condition.
