摘 要:韩东屏教授主张制度决定论,认为制度决定论是一种历史决定论。本文循其阐释脉络从历史和历史决定论两个方面提出置疑:其一,由人的活动出发展开的历史画面千奇百怪,没有统一的制度,也没有制度决定的统一的活动方式和活动方向。人创造历史活动的一般特点,是在思想意识支配下进行,制度是"思想-行为"的中介,它虽然作用巨大,却也只是影响人的活动的要素之一,受制于其他要素并随其他要素的变化而变化,故不能简单地认为制度决定历史。其二,"制度决定历史的规律"如果仅限于"具体的社会或国家",它便不能回答历史决定论的"终极原因"之问,历史有规律不等于历史被决定,由制度的作用能够推出历史确定性,不能推出历史决定论。Professor Han Dongping argues institutionalism and thinks that institutionalism is a kind of historicism.Follow-ing his interpretation,this paper puts forward questions from two aspects:history and historicism.First,there is neither unifed institution nor unifed mode and direction of activities determined by the institution in the histo-ry created by human activities.The general characteristic of human activity creating history is that the activity is dominated by human consciousness.As the mediation between thought and behavior,although the institution plays a huge role,it is only one of the factors that afet people's activities.It is subject to other factors and changes with the changes of other factors,so it cannot be simply considered that institution determines history.Secondly,if"the law of institution determines history"is confined to"specific society or state",it could not provide an answer to the question of"ultimate reason"of historicism.That there are laws in history is not equal to that history is determined.From the function of institution we can deduce historical certainty,but not histori-cism.
