摘　　要：2019年4月实施的《公共图书馆少年儿童服务规范》是我国第一部少年儿童服务标准,在推动我国公共图书馆少年儿童服务标准化、规范化,保障少年儿童权利等方面具有良好的现实价值。本文从儿童阅读权利保障的体系化与标准化两个角度对《规范》作出解读,并选取我国11所典型的少年儿童图书馆为样本,验证其基于《规范》中所涉定量和定性服务指标的达标度,据此探讨对我国公共图书馆少年儿童服务建设的有益启示。Public Library Service Specifications for Children implemented in April 2019 is the first standard for children’s service in China that has shown a great realistic value in promoting the standardization and specification of public library service for children,and protecting children’s rights.The specification is interpretated from two perspectives:systematization and standardization on the protecting children’s reading rights,and 11 typical children’s libraries in China are selected to verify whether they reach the quantitative and qualitative service indicators involved in the specification.Accordingly,enlightenment on the construction of public library service for children in China is discussed.
