摘  要:通过检索中国知网(中国知识基础设施工程,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,CNKI)数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP China Science and Technology Journal Database,VIP)、PubMed数据库,筛选后最终获得近10年低强度激光照射治疗压疮的临床研究文献19篇,其中中文17篇,英文2篇。临床常用于压疮照射治疗的低强度激光主要有半导体激光、He-Ne激光。激光照射治疗压疮的疗效与压疮的分期以及激光的参数相关,对Ⅰ期压疮效果最好,且与激光疗效密切相关的参数主要是波长和能量密度。现对近10年低强度激光照射治疗压疮的临床研究进行综述。With the help of CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure)CSTJ(China Science and Technology Journal Database)and pubmed database,this article reviewed the progress made in the clinical research on the treatment of pressure ulcer with LLLT in recent 10 years.Totally 19 articles for the treatment of pressure ulcer with LLLT were selected and collected,of which,17 articles were in Chinese and 2 articles in English.Semiconductor laser and He-Ne lasers are commonly used for the laser irradiation therapy for pressure ulcer.The therapeutic effect of laser irradiation on pressure ulcer is related to stage of pressure ulcer and parameters of laser irradiation.Laser irradiation has the best effect on stage I pressure ulcer.The parameters closely related to the effect of laser irradiation are mainly wavelength and energy density.LLLT has definite therapeutic effects on pressure ulcers.However,High-quality randomized and controlled clinical trials are still insufficient in this field.Effective laser wavelength and energy density should be selected in order to improve clinical efficacy.To summarize the clinical research progress made in treating pressure ulcer with low level laser in recent 10 years.
