摘 要:住院医师规范化培训中住院医师自主学习能力培养是教学的重要内容。教学管理部门要完善教学体系,如建立自主学习平台、确定学习导师、建立学习小组等,为住院医师提供自主学习的平台和机会。临床教师可采用参与学习计划、临床指导及提供反馈等方式帮助住院医师提高自主学习能力。住院医师是自主学习能力培养的主体,需要充分认识自主学习培养的重要性,学习自主学习的方法,在临床工作和教学活动中训练并提高自己的自主学习能力,为未来职业发展奠定扎实的基础。The development of residents’self-directed learning ability in standardized residency training is an important part of medical education.The hospital education department should improve our education system by establishing the self-directed learning platform,determining the proper learning tutors and setting up learning groups,so as to provide residents with the platform and chances of autonomic learning.Clinical teachers can help residents improve their self-directed learning ability by participating in learning programs,providing clinical guidance and feedbacks.As the main body of the self-directed learning ability cultivation,residents need to fully understand the importance of self-directed learning,master self-directed learning methods,and consciously train themselves in clinical practice and teaching activities.Residents need train their self-directed learning for their future career development.
