摘　　要：我国的专科医师规范化培训于1993年开始探索,2017年开始试点,目前尚处于试点实践阶段。本文结合浙江大学医学院附属第一医院普通外科专科医师规范化培训的实践,总结试点以来在普通外科专科医师培训过程中发现的问题,针对现有问题提出切实可行、科学合理的应对策略,进一步探索适合中国国情的专科医师规范化培训模式,提升专科医师岗位胜任力,推动专科医师人才培养体系的不断完善,为完善我国毕业后医学教育提供依据。The design of standardized training programs for specialists started in 1993, and in 2017 the pilot programs were set up and it is still in the pilot practice stage in China. This paper combines with the practice of standardized training of general surgery specialists in the First Affiliated Hospital, School of Medicine, Zhejiang University, analyzes and summarizes the existing problems in the standardized training system of the specialist, and puts forward the feasible and scientific strategies for the existing problems.We hope to further explore the suitable training models of specialized doctors based on China’ s specific situations, improve specialists’ competency and constantly improve the training system for specialized doctors, as well as provide reference for the improvement of graduate medical education in China.
