摘 要:随着生活方式、环境与医疗技术的变革,妇产科各亚专业均面临巨大的机遇和挑战。《"健康中国2030"规划纲要》指出要加强包括妇产科等急需紧缺专业的人才培训和高精尖人才储备,所以亟须建立新的医学继续教育体系,培养一批符合"双一流"建设要求、具有顶尖创新能力的精英人才。本文提出"后住培教育"和"精英化培养"的概念,拟通过选拔、督导、培养和激励并行的机制,探索妇产科医师后住培教育在临床、科研、教学及管理4方面的精英化培养模式,不断强化其综合素质,使"岗位胜任力"升级为"岗位竞争力",为国家输出精英人才,从而推动妇产科专业学科的未来发展,提升行业国际影响力和竞争力。The current revolution of the life style,environment and medical technology provide all subspecialties of Obstetrics and Gynecology(OBGY)with tremendous opportunities and challenges."Healthy China 2030 Planning Outline"has pointed out that we need strengthen the training and reserve of OBGY talents,which are in imperative need and shortages.So it is urgent to creat a new system of post-graduate medical education in order to cultivate top elites who can meet the demands of"Double Tops"construction.Our study proposed the concept of post-standardized residency training and meritocratic cultivation,which depends on the parallel system of selecting,supervision,education and motivation.This system explores the meritocratic training modes of poststandardized residency training in the aspects of clinical work,scientific research,teaching activities and department management.This system is designed to strengthen residents’overall quality,upgrade their"position competency"to"position competitiveness",so that we can accelerate the future development of OBGY in the professional field,and promote our international influence and competitiveness in the industry.
