摘　　要：文章介绍了英国苏塞克斯大学科技政策研究所的基本情况、历史沿革和主要研究领域,并梳理了其作为智库的政策影响力和特色。研究发现SPRU的核心竞争力在于其源于实践的原创性研究,同时,通过在决策支撑生态中找到恰当定位,构建"校友网络",关注本地企业创新和地区发展,重视发展中国家尤其中国的科技政策研究,SPRU形成了其在该领域的差别化的优势。This article introduces the basic situation,history and main research fields of the Institute of Science and Technology Policy of the University of Sussex,and sorts out its policy influence and characteristics as a think tank.The study found that SPRU's core competitiveness is its original research derived from practice.Meanwhile,by finding an appropriate position in the decision-making ecosystem,building an"alumni network",focusing on local enterprise innovation and regional development,and attaching importance to science and technology policy research in developing countries,especially China,SPRU has formed its differentiated advantages in this field.
