摘　　要：在高校人事档案数字化管理过程中,应当在坚持基本原则的基础上采取措施积极推动实施高校人事档案数字化管理,具体而言,主要包括:积极以“服务”为取向重塑档案管理理念;以“高效”为目标加强管理团队建设;以“安全”为导向建设档案数据库;以“规范”为方向理顺档案管理制度;以“完备”为标准增强基础设施建设。In the process of personnel archives digitization management in colleges and universities,measures should be taken to actively promote the implementation on the basis of adhering to the above basic principles.Specifically,it mainly includes actively reshaping the concept of archives management with the orientation of“service”,strengthening the construction of management team with the goal of“efficiency”,constructing archival database under the guidance of“security”,straightening out the archives management system in the direction of“standardization”,and strengthening infrastructure construction with“completeness”as the standard.
