摘  要:工匠精神强调将精益求精的工作理念融入日常工作过程当中,以严谨细致、专注负责的工作态度,不断提高技艺和技能,在新时代的发展中有着重要的促进作用。职业院校致力于培养高技术性的技能型人才,将工匠精神融入学生的职业素养教育当中,以此提高学校的人才培养水平。当前职业院校学生在职业观上面临多种困境,下文主要从强化职业认知、营造校园氛围、加强实践教学、推进校企合作等方面探讨了具体的突破对策。The spirit of craftsman emphasizes the integration of the concept of continuous improvement into the daily work process,with a rigorous,meticulous,dedicated and responsible work attitude,and constantly improves the skills and skills,which plays an important role in promoting the development of the new era.Vocational colleges are committed to training high-tech skilled talents,and integrating the spirit of craftsman into the vocational quality education of students,so as to improve the talent training level of the school.At present,vocational college students are faced with various difficulties in their professional outlook.The following mainly discusses the specific breakthrough countermeasures from the aspects of strengthening professional cognition,building campus atmosphere,strengthening practical teaching and promoting school enterprise cooperation.
