教育教学一体化育人下的学生助理制度实践路径--以无锡南洋职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：高校管理中,学生参与度的高低越来越显示出高校管理水平的高低。在学生干部队伍中,选拔优秀学生干部参与班级管理、社团管理、团学工作已经非常普遍,但学生参与学校职能部门的管理仍是少数。通过推行学生助理制度,让学生进入学校的相关职能部门,参与相关工作,对职能部门来说可以提升工作效率,对学生本人来说可以提升工作能力,在教育教学一体化背景下,该项工作的开展显得尤为重要。In the management of colleges and universities,the degree of students’ participation shows the management level of colleges and universities more and more. Among the student cadres,it has been very common to select outstanding student cadres to participate in class management,community management,league and school work,but students to participate in the management of the functional departments of the school is still a minority. Under the background of integrated education and teaching,it is particularly important to carry out this work.
