从“党建进公寓”谈高校学生公寓思想政治工作机制

摘　　要：思想政治教育工作是高校的一项重要工作,它不仅存在于课堂之上,更存在于课外的方方面面中,尤其是在学生的主要活动场所--学生公寓之中,更应利用公寓开展好思想政治工作。经调查发现,通过开展"党建进公寓"活动可有效提高高校学生公寓思想政治工作成效。本文主要针对基于"党建进公寓"的高校学生公寓思想政治工作机制进行了研究。Ideological and political work is an important work in higher colleges. It not only exists in the classroom,but also in all aspects outside the classroom,especially in students’ main activity places-student apartments,which should be used to carry out ideological and political work. After investigation,it was found that the effectiveness of ideological and political work in college student apartments can be effectively improved by carrying out the "Party Construction into Apartments"activity.This article mainly studies the ideological and political work mechanism of college student apartments based on"Party Construction into Apartments".
