腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术治疗肌壁间子宫肌瘤临床疗效及预后分析

摘　　要：目的分析腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术治疗肌壁间子宫肌瘤临床疗效及预后分析。方法方便选择2018年2月—2019年2月该院收治100例肌壁间子宫肌瘤患者,按随机数表分为两组,对照组50例使用经腹子宫肌瘤切除术治疗,研究组50例实施腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术治疗,对两组患者临床疗效及预后进行比较。结果研究组患者留置导尿管(6.85±1.54)h、住院时间(4.04±0.77)d、手术时间(95.11±10.24)min及出血量(90.43±11.56)mL明显比对照组少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后疼痛评分为(3.94±0.64)分,疼痛程度明显比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(t=12.290,P<0.05);研究组患者术后并发症发生率明显比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.000,P<0.05)。结论肌壁间子宫肌瘤患者采用腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术治疗,可缩短患者手术时间及住院时间,减少术中出血量,减轻疼痛程度,还能减少其并发症发生,临床上值得推广使用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and prognosis of laparoscopic myomectomy for the treatment of intermuscular uterine fibroids.Methods From February 2018 to February 2019,100 patients with myometrial uterine fibroids were treated in our hospital.They were convenient divided into two groups according to the random number table,and 50 patients in the control group were treated with abdominal myomectomy.The study group of 50 patients underwent laparoscopic myomectomy,and the clinical efficacy and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results The indwelling catheter in the study group(6.85±1.54)h,the length of hospital stay(4.04±0.77)d,the operation time(95.11±10.24)min,and the bleeding volume(90.43±11.56)mL were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05);the pain score of patients in the study group after treatment was(3.94±0.64)points,and the pain was significantly lower than that in the control group(t=12.290,P<0.05);The complication rate was significantly lower than that of the control group(χ2=4.000,P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic myomectomy for myomic uterine fibroids can shorten the operation time and hospital stay of patients,reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding,reduce the degree of pain,and reduce the occurrence of complications.It is clinically worthwhile promotion.
