摘　　要：目的:探究SPECT/CT骨显像在肿瘤骨转移患者中的应用意义。方法:通过将1000例患者分组,对照组患者进行SPECT检查,观察组患者进行SPECT/CT检查,以全身骨显像检测肿瘤骨转移作为金标准,比较两组诊断符合率,及肿瘤骨转移后病灶大小。结果:对照组的诊断符合率为86.2%(431例),观察组检查符合率为93.4%(467例),观察组患者病灶直径与对照组相比,结果无统计学意义。结论:将SPECT/CT技术进行融合,提高图像的清晰度和诊断率,诊断效率更佳。Objective:To explore the application significance of SPECT/CT bone imaging in patients with tumor bone metastasis.Methods:By grouping 1000 patients,patients in the control group underwent SPECT examination,patients in the observation group underwent SPECT/CT examination,and the whole body bone imaging was used to detect tumor bone metastasis as the gold standard.The diagnostic coincidence rate between the two groups and the tumor bone metastasis were compared Lesion size.Results:The diagnostic coincidence rate of the control group was 86.2%(431 cases),and the observation coincidence rate of the observation group was 93.4%(467 cases).Compared with the control group,the lesion diameter of the observation group was not statistically significant.Conclusion:The fusion of SPECT/CT technology can improve the sharpness and diagnosis rate of images,and the diagnosis efficiency is better.
