除颤监护仪在急性心肌梗死患者监护和电除颤中的应用

摘　　要：目的:分析在实施急性心肌梗死患者监护和电除颤的过程中除颤监护仪的临床应用效果。方法:本研究对象为急性心肌梗死患者94例,分为研究组与参照组各47例,研究组借助除颤监护仪进行监护,参照组进行心电监护仪、胸外心脏按压心肺复苏术和药物复苏。结果:在心室颤动、心脏骤停发生率的比较上,研究组患者与参照组患者无明显差异(P>0.05);研究组患者心肺复苏成功率、出院后2年内存活率、监护复苏满意度与参照组患者相比均明显较高(P<0.05);研究组患者与参照组患者相比,其住院时间明显较短(P<0.05)。结论:除颤监护仪的运用有效地提高了心肺复苏的成功率。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of defibrillation monitor in the process of monitoring and electrodefibrillation in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:The subjects of this study were 94 patients with acute myocardial infarction,which were divided into study group and control group,each with 47 cases.The study group was monitored with defibrillation monitor and cardiopulmonary resuscitation,and the control group was monitored with electrocardiogram monitor,cardiopulmonary resuscitation with external chest compression and drug resuscitation.Results:There was no significant difference in the incidence of ventricular fibrillation and cardiac arrest between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,the survival rate within 2 years after discharge,and the degree of satisfaction with resuscitation were all significantly higher in the study group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the length of stay in the study group was significantly shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of defibrillation monitor effectively improved the success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
