超声乳化吸除术治疗膨胀期白内障的疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的:分析探究膨胀期白内障治疗过程中,给予超声乳化吸除术治疗的效果。方法:选择2017年12月~2018年10月120例膨胀期白内障患者作为研究对象,将其分为两组。对照组给予常规囊外摘除术治疗方案,观察组给予超声乳化吸除术治疗方案,在此基础上,对比两组的治疗效果。结果:术前,两组的眼压指标对比,无明显差异(P>0.05);术后观察组患者眼压改善情况,优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:超声乳化吸除术治疗膨胀期白内障的效果显著,可以有效强化治疗效果和降低术后并发症发生率。Objective:To analyze and investigate the effect of phacoemulsification in the treatment of cataract in the dilated period.Methods:From December 2017 to October 2018,120 patients with cataract in dilation were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups.The control group was given a conventional extracapsular enucleation treatment plan,and the observation group was given a phacoemulsification aspiration treatment plan.Based on this,the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Before operation,there was no significant difference in intraocular pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).The improvement of intraocular pressure in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Phacoemulsification is effective in the treatment of cataracts in the dilated phase,which can effectively enhance the treatment effect and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
