摘　　要：自2011年以来,广州大学地理科学学院通过与国内一流企业合作,进行了校企协同育人模式的探索,以提高学生的竞争力。一方面,采取“3+1”培养模式,在大学4年级,学生将在企业进行课程学习、工作和毕业设计;另一方面,在测量类课程中引入项目式教学,以减少课程知识点与实践工作的隔阂。此外,为保证学生在企业的工作学习能顺利进行,学院还制定了相应的学生管理制度和安全守则。上述的探索在教学实践中取得了良好的效果,并且对相关专业的学生培养具有一定的借鉴意义。Since 2011,school of geographical sciences of Guangzhou university and some leading GIS enterprises carried out some explorations in university-enterprise collaboration education mode to improve competitive ability of students.On the one hand,“3+1”cultivating model was applied in the 4th year of university,the students can work,study,and complete graduation design in the collaboration enterprise.On the other hand,project-based teaching method was introduced into some surveying courses to bridge the gap between the course knowledge points and practice work.Additionally,some management principles and security rules were made to ensure that student can properly study and work in enterprise.The explorations achieve good effect in teaching practice and provide reference significance for student cultivation in relevant specialty.
