On the Connotative Development of Part-time Postgraduate Education

摘  要:统筹全日制与非全日制管理是研究生内涵式发展的必然要求,非全日制研究生的发展顺应了时代潮流、反映了社会多元的需求。统筹管理后,非全日制研究生教育存在教育理念与培养方式脱节、教育资源分配不均、就业管理滞后等问题,制约了研究生教育的飞跃式发展。在非全日制研究生中应以同一质量为准则,创新招考机制,贯彻因材施教的教学原则,完善培养管理制度,健全就业管理机制。Overall full-time and part-time graduate management is the inevitable requirement of connotation development,the development of part-time postgraduate conforms to the trend of the times and reflects the pluralistic society demand.After overall management,there are some problems in part-time postgraduate education,such as the disconnection between educational ideas and training methods,uneven distribution of educational resources and lagging employment management,which restrict the leap-forward development of postgraduate education.The part-time graduate management should take the same quality as the criterion,innovate recruitment mechanism,implement the principle of individualized teaching,and improve the training management system and improve the employment management mechanism.
