摘　　要：随着人们对穿着休闲、舒适、绿色的追求,服装轻量化成为一种趋势。文章简要介绍了轻量化概念,并同服装有机结合,分析了服装轻量化的趋势要求。针对轻量化服装实现路径,结合企业在轻量化产品实现过程中的实践进行了重点介绍,包括结构轻量化、材料轻量化、工艺轻量化,并展现了轻量化男西装的具体产品,最后总结了轻量化关键技术实现对未来柔性缝制技术、机器换人等智能制造的应用指导意义。With people’s pursuit of casual,comfortable and green wearing,the lightweight garment has become a trend.The paper briefly introduces the concept of lightweight,and analyzes the trend requirements of the lightweight garment.Based on the enterprise’s practice,the paper introduces the related realization path of the lightweight garment,including lightweight structure,lightweight materials,lightweight technology,and presents the specific products of lightweight men’s suits.In the end,the paper summarizes key technology of lightweight,so as to provide a reference for the future intelligent manufacturing,such as flexible sewing technology,and machine replacement on labor employment.
