摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎属于中医“湿温”疫症范畴,乃疫毒挟湿侵袭人体,太阴内伤,内外相引,运化失常,酿湿生热所致。疫病初期,邪在膜原,不可盲用汗下,以防助邪入里。当以疏利畅达气机为先,药力直达,引邪离原;再依据病邪所在部位之不同汗之、下之,使疫毒之邪乘湿而去;待病邪渐去,酌情增强补虚之力,祛除余邪,调养脏腑则病愈人安。The corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19) belongs to the category of "damp plague" epidemic syndrome of Chinese medicine,which is caused by epidemic toxin attacking human body with wetness,rusult in internal injury of Taiyin,internal pathogens and external pathogens supporting each other,abnormal transportation and heat generation due to brewing wetness.In the early stage of epidemic disease,the pathogenic factors are in the membrane,so it is not allowed to use the method of sweating blindly to prevent the pathogenic factors from entering.It should be based on the principle of dispersing and soothing qi movement.The medicinal power can reach the location of the disease directly and lead the pathogens to leave the membrane.Then according to the different location of the disease,the method of sweating and purgation is used to make the epidemic toxin go away with the dampness.When the pathogenic factors gradually go away,we should strengthen the strength of tonifying deficiency,dispel the remaining pathogenic factors,and regulate zang-fu visceras,so that the patients can recover.
