摘　　要：目的:为解决我国加工企业依赖原料进口和加工型品种缺乏的难题,筛选适宜我国云南栽培的薯条加工型马铃薯。方法:从美国引进一批薯条加工型马铃薯品种/系,采用因子分析方法对生长适应性、薯条加工品质等进行综合评价。结果:引自美国的16个薯条加工型品种在云南3个试验点的表现具有:晚疫病抗性不强,需要人工防治辅助;薯型的长度最长为M3,长宽比最接近1.75的为M2、YS401;在块茎炸条后质地上表现综合评价得分较高的为M3、M2、M6。3个点综合评价,得分排前4名的品种/系为M3、YS401、M2、M6;目前超过对照品种YS401的品种/系为M3。结论:初步筛选出适宜云南种植的美国引进薯条加工型品种/系为M3、M2、M6。该结果可为我国引进美国薯条加工型马铃薯品种提供科学依据。【Objective】In order to select French fries potato varieties which are suitable for cultivation in Yunnan province of China,because of processing enterprises in China rely on the import of raw materials and the lack of processing varieties in China.【Method】A batch of potato varieties/lines for French fries was introduced from the United States.The factor analysis was used to evaluate the growth adaptability and processing quality of potato French fries.【Result】The late blight resistance of 16 potato French fries processing varieties introduced from the United States was not strong,which needed chemical control assistance,the longest length of potato tuber was M3,and the length width ratio of M2 and YS401 was the closest 1.75,and the texture after tuber fries scores of M3,M2,M6 was high.Comprehensive evaluation of three sites:the top 4 varieties/lines list were M3,YS401,M2 and M6.At present,the varieties/lines that exceed YS401 were M3.【Conclusion】Therefore,the varieties/lines suitable for processing French fries imported from the United States to Yunnan Province are M3,M2 and M6,which are not only good in growth suitability and processing suitability for tuber French fries.The results can provide scientific reference for the introduction of potato French fries varieties from the United States.
