摘  要:针对花生精量播种过程中存在的漏播问题,本文设计了花生精量播种检测及补偿系统,该系统主要由漏播检测机构、中央处理单元、漏播补偿机构以及人机交互单元等组成,各机构单元之间通过有线方式进行数据传输。通过田间试验得出该系统的平均漏播检测精度为98.1%,平均补种合格率为98.5%,有效的减少了漏播现象。花生精量播种检测及补偿系统可为其他小粒径种子漏播补种技术与装置设计提供有效支撑。Aiming at the problem of missed sowing in the process of peanut precise sowing,the detection and reseeding system of peanut precise sower was designed in this paper.The system is mainly composed of missed sowing detection mechanism,central processing unit,missed sowing compensation mechanism and human-computer interaction unit,etc.Data transmission among each mechanism unit is conducted by wire.The field experimental results showed that,the average detection accuracy of the system was 98.1%,and the average qualified rate of reseeding was 98.5%.And the missed sowing was reduced effectively.The peanut precise seeding detection and compensation system could provide effective support for other small-size seed missed seeding reseeding technologies and devices.
