牛黄上清胶囊联合康复新液对口腔溃疡患者溃疡愈合及炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探究牛黄上清胶囊联合康复新液对口腔溃疡患者溃疡愈合及炎症因子的影响,评价其应用价值。方法选取2018年7月至2019年7月接收的口腔溃疡患者93例,将其按照随机数表法分为研究组(46例)与对照组(47例)。两组均常规治疗,对照组采用康复新液,研究组在此基础上联合牛黄上清胶囊对症治疗。比较分析两组疼痛指数、溃疡愈合及治疗前后炎症因子的变化情况。结果研究组VAS评分及溃疡愈合时间均低于对照组[(0.73±0.12)分比(2.19±0.54)分、(3.27±0.96)d比(6.41±1.25)d],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗后,研究组IL-1、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α均低于对照组[(0.14±0.03)μg/L比(0.97±0.08)μg/L、(72.26±8.61)ng/ml比(87.75±8.73)ng/ml、(53.38±12.34)ng/L比(65.35±12.46)ng/L、(9.65±3.55)pg/ml比(12.65±3.67)pg/ml],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论为口腔溃疡患者提供牛黄上清胶囊联合康复新液治疗,可有效缩短愈合时间,缓解疼痛,抑制炎症因子表达。Objective To investigate the effect of Niuhuang Shangqing capsules combined with Kangfuxin liquid on ulcer healing and inflammatory factors in patients with oral ulcer,and evaluate its application value.Methods A total of 93 patients with oral ulcer who were admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were divided into study group(46 cases)and control group(47 cases)according to the random number table method.Both two groups were given routine treatment,the control group was treated with Kangfuxin liquid,and the study group was given Niuhuang Shangqing capsules for symptomatic treatment on the basis.The pain index,ulcer healing,and changes of inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The VAS score and ulcer healing time of the study group[(0.73±0.12)points,(3.27±0.96)d]were lower than those of the control group[(2.19±0.54)points,(6.41±1.25)d],with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-1[(0.14±0.03)μg/L],IL-6[(72.26±8.61)ng/ml],IL-8[(53.38±12.34)ng/L],TNF-α[(9.65±3.55)pg/ml]in the study group were lower than those in the control group[(0.97±0.08)μg/L,(87.75±8.73)ng/ml,(65.35±12.46)ng/L,(12.65±3.67)pg/ml],with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).Conclusion Niuhuang Shangqing capsules combined with Kangfuxin liquid for patients with oral ulcer can effectively shorten the healing time,relieve the pain,and inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors.
