摘  要:类金刚石碳基(Diamond-like carbon,DLC)薄膜以其优异的减磨抗磨性能引起了世界范围内学者们的广泛研究。采用非平衡磁控溅射技术在不锈钢基体上制备了类金刚石薄膜,通过切向微动磨损试验机研究了位移幅值对GCr15/DLC薄膜在大气条件下的微动磨损性能。微动磨损试验后利用光学显微镜、白光干涉表面形貌仪和扫描电镜对DLC薄膜和对偶球进行微观形貌分析,借助能谱仪、电子探针显微分析仪、拉曼光谱仪和X光电子能谱仪研究其微动损伤机理和摩擦作用机制。结果表明:随着位移幅值的增加,对磨副的排屑量增加,对偶球的氧化磨损程度增加,薄膜的石墨化程度增加,转移膜量的多少和石墨化程度直接影响GCr15/DLC薄膜的减磨效果;由于DLC薄膜的保护作用,对偶球和基体的磨损机制存在差异;位移幅值直接影响微动运行区域,当D=30μm时,微动位于混合区,对磨副损伤最为严重。Because of its excellent wear reduction and anti-wear properties,DLC films have been widely studied by the scholars in the entire world.DLC films were deposited on the stainless steel substrate by non-equilibrium magnetron sputtering.The fretting damage of GCr15 balls against DLC films was investigated in ambient environment by a tangential fretting behavior wear tester.The worn surfaces of DLC films and steel balls were analyzed by the optical microscope,white light interference surface morphology and scanning electron microscope after testing.The fretting damage mechanism and friction mechanism were studied by means of electron dispersive spectrometer,electron probe micro-analyzer,Raman and Xray photoelectron spectroscopy.Results show that the increasing displacement amplitude leads to severe oxidation wear of GCr15 ball,graphitization of DLC film and wear debris of friction pairs.The amount of transferred film and the degree of graphitization directly affect the friction reduction of DLC film against GCr15 balls.Due to the protective effect of DLC films,the wear mechanism of DLC films and GCr15 balls is different.The displacement amplitude directly affects the region of fretting running regime.When D is 30μm,fretting running regime is located in the mixed regime,and the damage of GCr15 ball is the most serious.
