摘 要:建立64 t铁路救援起重机的ADAMS动力学模型,进行不同工况下A曲线通过性能分析,可知铁路救援起重机的曲线通过性能与行驶稳定性密切相关,调平液压系统的动态响应起到了决定性作用。为研究起重机调平系统的液压缸动态响应性能,在AMESim仿真软件中建立起重机调平装置的液压系统模型,进行多软件接口技术设置,将两种软件联合起来建立机械液压联合仿真平台,通过对比动力学仿真结果和联合仿真结果,得到更加准确的仿真方式,验证动态调平性能。ADAMS dynamic model of 64 t railway rescue crane was established to analyze the performance of A curve under different working conditions.According to the analysis,the curve passing performance of railway rescue crane is closely related to the driving stability,and the dynamic response of leveling hydraulic system plays a decisive role.To study the dynamic response performance of the hydraulic cylinder of the crane leveling system,we established the hydraulic system model of the crane leveling device by using AMESim simulation software,set up multi-software interface technology,combined two softwares,and established the mechanical and hydraulic joint simulation platform.By comparing the dynamic simulation results with the co-simulation results,a more accurate simulation method was obtained and the dynamic leveling performance was veri fied.
