摘　　要：长玻纤增强聚丙烯材料(PP-LGF)作为一种轻质高强的复合材料,在满足汽车零部件性能的同时,对零部件减重具有明显贡献,目前在汽车零部件应用上备受青睐。文章主要介绍了PP-LGF在汽车仪表板轻量化方面的应用和发展现状,详细介绍了薄壁注塑、物理发泡、化学发泡三种成型工艺实现仪表板轻量化的技术概况,并展望了PP-LGF在仪表板上的应用前景。As a light weight and high strength composite material,long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene(PP-LGF),not only satisfies the performance of automotive parts,but also contributes significantly to the weight loss of parts.For the above-mentioned,PPLGF is widely used in automotive parts.This paper mainly introduces the application and development status of PP-LGF in the light weight of automobile instrument panel,and introduces the technical overview of light weight of instrument panel by thin-wall injection molding,physical foaming and chemical foaming,and looks forward to the application prospects of PP-LGF in instrument panel.
