摘  要:目的基于meta分析的方法评估HLA-DQB1等位基因与结核病发病之间的关系。方法检索PubMed、mbase、Cochrane library、中国知网、万方和维普数据库中,对所有HLA-DQB1等位基因和结核病发病风险的相关文献进行数据提取和质量评价,利用REVMAN 5.0以及Stata 13.1进行等位基因与发病风险关系的meta分析。结果共纳入18篇相关文献,涉及1 674名病例组结核病患者和1 906名对照人群,meta分析结果表明HLA-DQB1*0601、HLA-DQB1*0609与结核病发病风险相关。结论特定的HLA-DQB1等位基因可能成为预测结核病发病风险的易感标志物。Objective To evaluate the relationship between human leukocyte antigen DQB1(HLA-DQB1)allele and tuberculosis incidence based on a meta-analysis.Methods PubMed,Embase,Cochrane library,Ciki,WanFang and VIP databases were searched for literatures related to alleles of HLA-DQB1 and risk of onset of tuberculosis,and then data extraction and quality evaluation were conducted.REVMAN5.0 and Stata13.1 software packages were used for the meta-analysis of relationship between alleles of HLA-DQB1 and risk of onset of tuberculosis.Results A total of 18 related literatures were included in this study,involving 1,674 tuberculosis patients in the case group and 1,906 controls in the control group.The results of the meta-analysis revealed that HLA-DQB1*0601,HLA-DQB1*0609 were correlated with the risk of onset of tuberculosis.Conclusion Specific HLA-DQB1 allele may be a susceptibility marker to predict the risk of onset of tuberculosis.
