摘 要:目的观察一种复方乳酸菌凝胶的抑菌性能及其对黏膜的刺激性。方法采用最小抑菌浓度试验和家兔阴道黏膜刺激试验,对复方乳酸菌凝胶的抑菌效果及其黏膜刺激性进行观察。结果复方乳酸菌凝胶对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌及白色念珠菌的最小抑菌浓度分别为2.5%(W/V)、2.5%(W/V)和1.3%(W/V)。经37℃、相对湿度75%的条件下放置三个月加速试验,最小抑菌浓度没有明显变化。对家兔阴道黏膜刺激指数为0.89。结论该乳酸菌凝胶对试验菌的抑菌效果均不高于2.5%(W/V),有效期为室温下至少保存2年,且对阴道黏膜无刺激性。Objective To observe the bacteriostatic effect and mucosal irritation of a compound lactic acid bacteria gel.Methods Bacteriostatic effect and vaginal mucosa irritation of the compound lactic acid bacteria gel were observed by using minimum inhibitory concentration test and rabbit vaginal mucosa irritation test.Results The minimum inhibitory concentration of the compound lactic acid bacteria gel against Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Candida albicans was 2.5%(W/V),2.5%(W/V)and 1.3%(W/V),respectively.The Lactobacillus gel still maintained its minimum inhibitory concentration under the condition of 37℃and 75%relative humidity for three months.The rabbit vaginal mucosa irritation index was 0.89.Conclusions The bacteriostatic effect of the compound lactic acid bacteria gel on the bacteria tested is not higher than 2.5%(W/V),and the effective period is at least 2 years at room temperature,without vaginal mucosa irritation in rabbits.
