摘 要:随着自动化加工制造业的蓬勃发展,智能加工系统呈井喷式发展,相应的调控策略算法成为了核心。本文针对往复式轨道自引导小车RGV(Rail Guided Vehicle)智能加工系统的加工情况,以成料数量最大作为目标函数,以RGV的调度路径作为决策变量,得到RGV动态调度模型,构造启发式算法得出近似最优解。最后的仿真结果表明:建立的模型与算法具有可行性。With the rapid development of the automated processing manufacturing industry,the intelligent processing system has developed in a blowout manner,and the corresponding control strategy algorithms have become the core.In this paper,aiming at the processing conditions of the RGV intelligent machining system,the dynamic scheduling model of RGV are given by taking the actual number of finished products as the objective functions.Construct a heuristic algorithm to get an approximate optimal solution.The final simulation results show that the established model and algorithm are feasible.
